Join Caring Cubs on Sunday, April 28 at 10am Cleveland Metroparks North Chagrin Nature Center for a belated Earth Day service project!  Our cubs will get their hands dirty participating in an invasive garlic mustard pull project in Cleveland Metroparks.  A Cleveland Metroparks ranger will lead this outdoor service project.

The Cleveland Metroparks are an outstanding feature of our community. The mission of the Cleveland Metroparks is to conserve significant natural resources and enhance people’s lives by providing safe, high-quality outdoor education, recreation, and zoological opportunities.  The North Chagrin Nature Center has live animal exhibits, a children’s play area, multiple wildlife viewing areas, and is the educational center for the North Chagrin Reservation.

Caring Cubs and Cleveland Metroparks will provide a limited number of gardening gloves but families are also encouraged to bring their own.  Volunteers are required to wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toed shoes that can get dirty or wet.

As always, registration is required for this project.  All registered families will receive a reminder email the week of the project with an online waiver form that must completed for the Cleveland Metroparks.

We hope you and your family can join Caring Cubs as we make our world a little better! Registration will open in early April.

Please check back for future events!
